A&M Precise Technologies, Inc. has been committed to producing quality machined parts and assemblies since 2011. Our mission statement “Quality through dedication” means that we are eager to provide cost effective solutions that ensure your success, regardless of the challenge.

We are a family owned and operated precision machine shop based in Spencerport, NY, operating modern CNC machine tools in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. From humble beginnings of one man with one machine 11 years ago, we have since tripled our floor space and added extensive machine capacity.

It has been our mission at A&M to form and strengthen partnerships with all involved in our operations. From tooling and material suppliers, machine tool builders, subcontractors, to staff and customers. All products manufactured at A&M Precise Technologies are “Made in The USA” by highly skilled and devoted staff.

Capabilities

CNC Milling

CNC Milling with 4th Axis, in both Vertical & Horizontal Configurations, including a palletized machine for higher volume runs. A High-Speed Drill Tap Center with spindle speeds of up to 24,000 RPM. Work piece sizes can be up to 40″ x 20″ x 20″

CNC Turning

Our CNC Turning department has capabilities of 8” diameter and 24” long.

We regularly hold tolerances less than ±.0002” in size and roundness

Assembly

Sub-Assembly and Tested using both manual and automated equipment. This can prevent costly issues by proving design and function prior to final shipment.

Design

A&M uses the latest software in our design and development phases of manufacturing. We can assist in new product development as well as help in cost reduction on current products and assemblies.

Plating and Paint

We have a great network of suppliers that can exceed any plating or coating specification that your project requires.

Quality Assurance

Our highly trained and dedicated staff take quality as one of our highest priorities. Our team has rigid systems and processes in place to help ensure product quality and integrity is held to strict standards.

Welding

Our in-house welding capability produces higher quality results with shorter lead times. Our multi-process welder excels at MIG, Flux-Cored, Stick, and AC/DC TIG welds.
